The YSC, a light commercial rooftop unit, is available in 3-5-ton sizes and 36-60 Mbtuh cooling capacity. The single-stage unit offers an efficiency of 15 SEER. Features include ReliaTel microprocessor controls with colored wiring; a scroll compressor; single-speed, high-efficiency indoor fan motor; and easy-to-adjust ID fan idler mechanism for quick belt tensioning. It has superior dehumidification capabilities with selections down to 200 cfm per nominal ton. It comes with a 5-year compressor, 5-year standard gas heat exchanger, and 10-year stainless steel heat exchanger warranty.
American Standard furnaces feature efficiencies from 80% up to 97% on their gas models. Variable speed fans add to comfort and energy savings - also available on their oil furnace.
American Standard's Heritage® heat pump compressor offers exclusive comfort technology that they use in their air conditioning units as well. New communicating units boast seers over 20.
